According to the data from December 2023, as of the last day of the month, the Bank has 773 employees with different qualification and educational structure according to the needs.
As part of the bank's development strategy, we implement numerous activities that stimulate the personal professional development of employees. We create thematic and targeted trainings, created on the basis of the extensive experience we have as part of the Halkbank Group and the know-how expertise.
Every new employee from the very beginning is included in an introductory training through which competence, knowledge and professionalism are increased in relation to the bank's activities and the focus of the work.
In order to improve the acquired work qualifications and skills, bank employees also participate in external trainings, conferences, workshops, consultations and seminars with renowned lecturers and educators.
Through training and seminars, whether internal or external, we stimulate and encourage the professional development of employees, but they also get the opportunity to discover their additional talents and affinities within the banking profession.
