How can I apply for Halk EZ?
For Halk EZ –youth package you can apply thought our nearest branch by fulfilling the application or through the bank's website.
What documentation is needed to apply?
- Individuals between the ages of 18 and 24 are required to submit a completed youth package application and identification documents (ID/passport)
- For the approval of the youth package for individuals aged 16 to 18, when applying for the package, they must be represented by legal representatives/ legal guardians in person at the Bank. Legal representatives need to have with them identification documents (ID card/passport), birth certificate of the child and sign a statement regarding the youth package. A minor applying for the package must have an ID card or passport with him.
How long do customers use the benefits with Halk EZ?
Halk EZ - Youth package is intended for young people aged 16 to 24 years
Customers who reach the age of 25 will be transferred to the general group and the services they have used so far within the youth package will be charged according to the Bank's General Tariff, which is published on the Bank's website.
What is the validity of the Visa PayWave Debit Payment Card?
The validity of the card is 5 years with the possibility of reissuance.
Can I be charged a fee for withdrawing cash from an ATM abroad?
For these transactions, Halkbank AD Skopje does not charge a commission to its clients.
There are cases where the bank servicing the ATM charges a commission for using their device. When withdrawing cash from an ATM abroad, a message with the amount will be displayed on the screen itself and that you will be charged if you process the transaction.
