SmartSend - Call my bank account!

The SmartSend service allows you to easily transfer funds with one click on a contact from your phonebook that has an active Halkbank account and a successfully activated Smart Send service.

Intended for individuals with active transaction account and users of e-banking and mobile banking.

The provided service can be used through the mobile application of Halkbank AD Skopje and through

the web version for e-banking.

1. 1. By selecting the SmartSend field through the e-banking or mobile application, you will activate the service by confirming your transaction account and mobile number.
2. 2.To make a transaction through the SmartSend service, you need to enter the amount you want to transfer and select a contact from the phonebook and confirm the transaction.

* The contact from your phonebook needs to have an active Halkbank account and active SmartSend  with the mobile number that is connected to the e-banking in order for the transaction for payment and receipt of funds to be successful.

Retail mobile banking

For easier and quicker access to services of Halkbank AD Skopje, a set of mobile applications have been created which is freely available to our clients. Mobile e-banking of Halkbank AD Skopje is intended for mobile devices of newer generations. Regarding the widespread presence of these devices (smart phones, tablets) in everyday life, these set of applications enable access to needed bank services at every place in any time.

Mobile application login can be done with the same username and password that are being used for login to e-banking service. If you are not user of Halkbank's e-banking, you can apply in the nearest branch.

Smart Cash

Withdrawing cash from Halkbank’s ATMs without using a card.

Service designed for individuals with active transaction account and debit card which can be used via e-banking and mobile application.

The offered service provides greater flexibility in the use of cash by the e-banking users of the Bank, as well as by their closest or third parties, for which the client decides.

The mobile phone of the e-banking user turns into a cash-generating device or a device for sending cash to other persons, which at the same time do not have to be clients of Halkbank.

By choosing the SMART CESH field via e-banking or mobile application, you generate the 10-digit code which needs to be used on Halkbank's ATM for a period of 12 hours.
