Loan Terms
- Amount 600.000 МKD
- Tenor - 84 months
- Creditworthiness Up to 1/3 monthly income.
- Interest rate: 5,5% variable interest rate, defined as: 4p.p + referent rate for calculation legal interest rate form NBRM,, which currently is 1,5% (APR 6,04%)*
- Upfront fee: 2.000 mkd once, in advance.
- Fee for prepayment: 0%
- Fee for control in the Loan Register: 350 MKD (the fee is paid before the disbursement of the loan and it is not paid for declined or canceled requests), 150 MKD application fee, and promissory note.
- The age and the term of the loan cannot exceed 75 years.
* 6,04% APR for loan amount of 200.000 MKD, interest rate variable 5,5%, tenor 84 months, application fee 150 MKD and costs for checking in MKB 350 MKD.
