Application Instructions
To become a user of the Pensioners Package, your pension must be paid into a payment account at Halkbank AD Skopje.
If you already receive your pension in another bank:
- Request deregistration from your current bank
- Register at the nearest Halkbank branch, no later than the 20th of the current month
- This will enable timely transfer of the pension so you can withdraw it the following month
After the first pension payment is made at Halkbank AD Skopje:
- Inform the employees at the branch that you want to use the Pensioners Package
- Sign the Statement for joining the Package.
By signing the Statement, you officially become a user of all services provided in the Pensioners Package.
